  • What do I need to join a class?

    All you need is a device with internet access (phone, tablet, or computer), a bit of floor space, and ideally a yoga mat. For some classes, small props like light hand weights, a resistance band, or a chair may be helpful — but they’re always optional, and modifications are offered.

  • Are the classes beginner friendly?

    Yes — absolutely. Whether you're brand new to movement or returning after a break, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Jennifer offers guidance and variations for all levels so you can move safely and confidently.

  • How does On Demand work?

    On Demand classes are available 24/7. Once you become a member, you’ll get instant access to our growing library of classes — from short sessions to full-length flows. You can pause, replay, and choose what fits your mood or schedule.



  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. You’ll continue to have access to all content until the end of your billing cycle. Rejoining later is easy, too.
